  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Certain items are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., used cups or glasses).
Important Note
Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

  • In its original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal).
  • Please note that depending on your bank or PayPal’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Free exchanges for size or color (subject to availability)
  • We cover shipping for defective items

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping:

  • Prepaid labels provided for defective items
  • Customer responsible for return shipping on preference returns
